Words can't even begin to describe my satisfaction as I check out of the hotel! I have been traveling for 4 weeks now and stayed in many hotels. While the rooms at this hotel may be on the smaller side, what this hotel lacks in space it beyond makes up for in location, experience, and most of all the absolute amazing staff! The staff at this hotel is so friendly and accommodating and had me leaving every encounter with them with a smile. It wasn't even one specific staff, but every single person! If you stay here and at any point have concerns. Talk to the staff. I can guarantee they will do everything they can to make your day and your stay that better! Personal recommendation. Order some delivery, and ask the staff to sit out on the back balcony as you eat. It's such a peaceful way to enjoy your meal!

Close to the train station and in the city centre. We got a room with a view. Construction outside the room blocked the view.

Jacyz ligger idealiskt beläget i Göteborg och erbjuder luftkonditionerade rum med ett fitnesscenter, gratis WiFi och en terrass. I chose a room with no window to avoid the disturbance of light and street noise in the morning (as the hotel is not on a busy street, I don't think street noise would have been an issue). It was a really great room, that had everything needed. It also had a desk which is useful if you travel for work. However, there were many opportunities to sit in the hotel. It had unique spaces for everything; relax, work, bars, entertainment. Very good breakfast and a really good restaurant with a spectacular decor and view (I tried the asian). Just really a 10/10 experience. Adding pictures of the room without windows as I couldn't find any myself before booking.

Detta hotell ligger i Göteborgs charmigt renoverade posthus från 1920-talet, bara 50 meter från centralstationen. Här finns 2 restauranger och en takpool med terrass. Beautiful hotel in the center of the city Carpark is a bit difficult to reach (don't trust Google maps) but if you navigate to the hotel first it is just around the corner Rooms are quiet and modern Breakfast is a feast Very friendly staff

Very welcoming and helping staff made stay very pleasant. Room has everything for comfortable stay, breakfast has good variety. Also location is very near to public transport so easy to get around.
