Appreciated how quickly restaurant hostess and staff were to recognize my husband and me. Excellent front desk staff. Appropriately COVID aware. Liked non-fogging mirrors in bathroom.

All the staff were always friendly and helpful. The common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, hallway, and elevator were clean. It was nice to be able to open the windows slightly, have an empty fridge, and use the microwave in the restaurant. Except downtown, you can walk to museums, galleries, parks, theaters, and observatories from the hotel.
