Friendly staff, clean quiet rooms.

great, beautiful, peaceful, super friendly place. The people are extremely helpful. it's a short drive from the airport with a very friendly and reliable pickup service, and the area of the hostal is quiet and relaxed. great nature in the area, cats and dogs, a little lake, a pool, many rooms all (that i saw) built to exit to the interior courtyard. it's very family style. they make breakfast and a shared dinner at night. when i asked to pay, i was told it was included. there's also restaurants a few minutes walking distance, and it's a very quiet and peaceful place around the hostal, too. and, i read some reviews here that say the dogs are aggressive. i don't understand these reviews. maybe they're not used to dogs walking around, but i met four of the dogs, and they're sweet, quiet, friendly, and just lay in the sun and want you to pet them. totally cute.

We stay here every time we fly in and out of Quito. Convenient to airport and extremely well run and organized. The park across the street is nice and there is a small grocery store nearby that we occasionally use.
