Small, post-soviet and back in the past, city. Not much to do from my point of view. Was there for a business trip. To eat, I highly reccomend a food court in Kostanay Plaza Mall - they have a variety to chose from. I particularly recomend "Korean House" restaurant there.

The place is nice and has a nice vibe with a hint of the Soviet legacy (in a good sense).
