Hi, I was at this hotel with my family for 4 nights, relatively clean, quiet, but the breakfast was very weak. It is a small hotel and it is boring to stay for more than 2 nights, and the booking site was about 400 lira more than in-person shopping.

Van is a charming city located in the eastern part of Turkey and is in close proximity to the Iranian border. It serves as a popular destination for many people who travel from Iran by car for short holidays and shopping trips. What makes Van especially appealing is the availability of numerous Turkish franchise brands, allowing visitors to enjoy reliable and affordable shopping experiences, often at lower prices compared to Istanbul. Additionally, the city boasts a wide range of excellent restaurants and delicious cuisine, surpassing the quality and affordability of many establishments in Istanbul. I highly recommend Van to anyone seeking an affordable and enjoyable travel experience in Turkey.

Van is a small city with big potential to grow as it has been grown in recent years.despite the presence of many police officers(which is called çevik kuvvet) ,the city is calm and people are friendly.i think 3-4 days would be enough to visit the museum, castle, lake, beach or even shopping

We liked Van because it is not a tourist destination for Europeans and is an ordinary, bustling Turkish city. The people in Van are very friendly and were always starting up conversations despite the limited English language skills. The food is excellent and the fruit and veg available in the markets is fresh and great quality. The lake and surrounding countryside is quite stunning and there are some very interesting places to visit.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, they took care of my wife and friends, no request was too much for them. Communication was excellent. The breakfast they arranged was 10/10 also. Apartment was clean and comfortable, excellent beds and the doonas were so good, which made for an excellent sleep and stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are in Van. Great city and friendly people. Treated like family and friends.
the room is big and has a bedroom with 4 bed generally
the location was good and very near to van AVM the largest shopping center of van
the room was so clean
the breakfast was served in a restaurant on the last floor and it has a very beautiful roof with view for having breakfast or in the night for chill.
I I’ve all the things in this hotel and will come back undoubtedly
I have arrived at the hotel after 14 hurs flight duration , the staff were very rude and bad manners took so long to get the room key and after i have seen how much they care about customers i asked to be refunded for my booking as i decided to go to another hotel i didnt feel safe there ,i would never ever want to experience this again in my life 😢
Staff were helpful and kind, especially Mrs Sheler and Mr Safar. They were able to speak Farsi and always smiling and polite.
Room was hot enough in the winter and it is rarely occurs in the Turkey.
There were two Iranian style toilet in the lobby.
Tea were ready 24/7 and free of charge.
The breakfast was above the average.
Really nice staffs. they are so helpful and kind, we could feel why the eastern part of Turkey is called 'place of warm hearted people'. we would love to thank all of them again, and wish to visit there some day.
Room was clean. breakfast was nice, location is also good.
Excellent facilities, very friendly staff and a great dining hall. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff provided a packed breakfast at 6am on check out.
The view of Lake Van across the road was impressive.
Very friendly staff. Helpful. Nice clean hotel. I changed from a 5 star in Dedeman and this 4 star hotel was by far better in terms of facilities and service. It felt more of a 5 star than the one I was in and I think that was due to the staff.
The manager was very friendly and helpful. He organised for us to join an Iranian tour of the upside down house, Akdamar Island and the Van Cat House at a really good price. He also helped to organise our bus tickets up to Dogubayazit.
I was staying at this hotel from 12 to 16 October 2021, the treatment was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, this was my second visit to this hotel, the good thing is the reservation hotel without the need for a credit card
Breakfast was very good. Big selection. Better than many hotels at higher prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty. This stay would have been a disaster without them.
