Hi, I was at this hotel with my family for 4 nights, relatively clean, quiet, but the breakfast was very weak. It is a small hotel and it is boring to stay for more than 2 nights, and the booking site was about 400 lira more than in-person shopping.

Van is a charming city located in the eastern part of Turkey and is in close proximity to the Iranian border. It serves as a popular destination for many people who travel from Iran by car for short holidays and shopping trips. What makes Van especially appealing is the availability of numerous Turkish franchise brands, allowing visitors to enjoy reliable and affordable shopping experiences, often at lower prices compared to Istanbul. Additionally, the city boasts a wide range of excellent restaurants and delicious cuisine, surpassing the quality and affordability of many establishments in Istanbul. I highly recommend Van to anyone seeking an affordable and enjoyable travel experience in Turkey.

Van is a small city with big potential to grow as it has been grown in recent years.despite the presence of many police officers(which is called çevik kuvvet) ,the city is calm and people are friendly.i think 3-4 days would be enough to visit the museum, castle, lake, beach or even shopping

We liked Van because it is not a tourist destination for Europeans and is an ordinary, bustling Turkish city. The people in Van are very friendly and were always starting up conversations despite the limited English language skills. The food is excellent and the fruit and veg available in the markets is fresh and great quality. The lake and surrounding countryside is quite stunning and there are some very interesting places to visit.
The apartment was very clean and cosy. It has a beautiful small balcony with a nice view.
But what we liked most was a gentleman who picked us to the residence and made for us everything easy and nice. He managed everything about the residence and also has a cafe next to residence and prepared for us a delicious and local breakfast in his cafe.
Communication with him about Turkey, politics, culture, ..etc was exciting and become a memorable part of our trip.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, they took care of my wife and friends, no request was too much for them. Communication was excellent. The breakfast they arranged was 10/10 also. Apartment was clean and comfortable, excellent beds and the doonas were so good, which made for an excellent sleep and stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are in Van. Great city and friendly people. Treated like family and friends.
The room and bathroom are clean, light and very spacious. The hotel is in a central location close to shops, restaurants, etc. Breakfast comes in buffet style and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff and owner are very friendly and English is spoken in this hotel. Water and tea are offered 24/7 at the reception area and they are happy to help you with booking tours to the sightseeing spots in Van and surroundings.
My family and I stayed at this hotel 1 night and then we flight to Stanbul and 7 days later we were back to van and stay at Elite world Hotel . We was so comfortable in king suite, every thing was clean and comfort and luxury. Breakfast was delicious and diversely. Pool and torkish bath was clean and perfect. If we will come to van we will back here because it was really five star hotel
My friend and I stayed there for one night. The staffs were super friendly, and they can speak Turkish, Farsi and Kurdish. The room was clean and decent. The hotel location is perfect; you can walk to the main street (Cumhuriyet Caddesi) in 2 minutes/100 meters, and you can walk to the Van AVM in 6 minutes/500 meters. The breakfast was served on the 5th level, and it was acceptable.
I‘d say this hotel offers an excellent value at the price. Also my room was spacious…
Sure, the hotel isn‘t the newest, and some things could do with a little upgrading - but frankly it didn‘t matter much.
Most of all, the staff were all superbly helpful and very friendly.
Also the hotel is in an excellent location if you‘d want to see a bit of the city of van.
The hotel placed in a great location, near the Jomhuriet St. Which consider as the most popular part of the city.
Staff were friendly and helpful, however could not speak English.
The room was spacious enough to be comfortable.
Breakfast was kind of basic and enough. In the high season you might have to wait to find a empty table as the saloon is small.
I was staying at this hotel from 12 to 16 October 2021, the treatment was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, this was my second visit to this hotel, the good thing is the reservation hotel without the need for a credit card
Great hotel staff are so friendly the receiptionse speaking good English room are very clean spotless the breakfast was absolutely delicious I will definitely go back there again
I liked everything about this hotel. Very reasonable price for a superb and professionally run place. The management is second to none for similar hotels in eastern Turkey.
