Breakfast options were satisfying and the coffee was good. Hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The smell of chocolate chip cookies baking upon arrival at check-in was an A-plus greeting!! The cookies are available to guests. Only wish they were available all day long!

Please read this review!
Please read this review! This may have been one of the worst hotels we as a family have ever stayed at. The was no wifi, no tv, no bathrooms working in the lobby, no working pool, no hot water, no atm. And to top it off the people across from us were smoking weed all night! I do not recommend this hotel at all! If you are smart stay away and pay a little extra for a better hotel.

Horrible experience!
Horrible experience! I had to use another room to dry my hair because the one BOLTED to the wall didn't work, rust in coffepot water container, refrgerator/freezer looks like it was never defrosted, rug was disgusting, wore my sandals while in it, no glasses for water of coffee cups The "shuttle" bus was dirty, stains on all the seats and drivers seat had tear. I wouldn't even rate it but zero wasn't an option. Worst room I've ever stayed in and I travel alot.

The convenience of parking was nice.
The convenience of parking was nice. The hotel is connected to the terminal which made it easy get to check-in for flight. We opted to stay overnight instead of having to drive at 2:30am to catch a 6am flight. Best choice ever! We had a quiet, restful sleep, ready to face the day. I definitely recommend staying if you want the less stressful trip.

Place seems clean.
Place seems clean. And they have a 24 seven shuttle that is on time and convenient to the airport. But It is an older hotel and needs A facelift and some attention to maintenance –, broken toilet seat and empty pantry shelves and cold coffee in the morning – examples of lack of attention to detail.
Because it seemed clean I would stay there again but for only one night before or after airport. Just felt a little dingy.

Perfect stay for those who are departing Bradley Airport...
Perfect stay for those who are departing Bradley Airport very early in the morning. The shuttle is perfect to and from the airport. The cost is $10 a day but is not charged on the day of check-out or the day of return.

Room was very clean and staff very friendly.
Room was very clean and staff very friendly. But the breakfast was very disappointing to my husband and I. They only served scramble eggs and sausage, no bacon or boiled eggs!. And the oranges didn't look fresh...no other fruit offered and no bottle water for guests!
And the food area was very cold.
The big bed was comfortable; the TV worked well; check-in/check-out was fine. This is a hotel that in many ways looks yellowed, dingy, loads of scuff marks, ancient bath/shower fixtures, chipped furniture - - you get the picture - - but is still very well managed. Although scruffy around the edges, the place is clean. Visually it borders on creepy, but in terms of a practical and not-unpleasant place to stay it is entirely workable. Airport shuttle was efficient.
Disappointed, you should remove the Days Inn from your list, book in Winsor Lock (BDL AIRPORT), the dirty hotel we paid for and we had to share the hallways with wanderers...today I arrived at one with my family in (Virginia) DAYS INN, the lousy dirty hotel. They had to change rooms twice because dirty water came out of the shower. VERIAN BOOKING HAS MORE RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS.
These are suites and nice size rooms. Although we stayed for one night only and left early the following morning, we didn't use the refrigerator, dishes, etc, but all was nice. It was a very nice hotel. Rachel, who checked us in, was very nice.
The hotel dies have shuttle service via erd party to tbe airport (Bradley International). We recommend this hotel
Nothing. The pictures definitely falsify the reality of the property and make it look much better than it is. It appears like a decent/moderately priced hotel, but in fact it is a renovated lobby that hides the cheap motel-style rooms. The rooms are somewhat renovated, but it doesn’t make up for the disarray of the hallways/stairwells/entry etc.
I had just took a red eye flight and landed off the plane from california around 9:30am I catch a Lyft to this hotel just for them to be unable to accommodate me. they said they couldn’t let me check in until 3pm. I left them and went to double around the corner and they had no problem accommodating me with an early check in.
We stayed only for a night. Breakfast was available but we didn't use the option. The room was spacious and clean, had a TV and a fridge. I did like that I had the opportunity to wash some of our clothes. There is a small fee for using the washing machine and the dryer. The hotel sells washing powder too.
The location is perfect. just a 5min drive from Bradley Airport. They provide an airport shuttle service from 4 am.
The morning buffet is simple but not bad.
The POPYE next to this hotel opens until 12 midnight. it’s so convenient.
Best recent airport stay near Bradley Airport in Hartford, convenient, easy shuttle access, 24 hour desk, room was clean, updated, had all necessary items, breakfast better than most included breakfasts at Bradley airport hotels.
The deadbolt on the door was broken. The bench in the shower was broken in half and hanging on barely. The breakfast was so bad that we paid for fast food breakfast instead of eating the free hotel breakfast
Our room was sufficient for the amount of time we were traveling, our room was clean and in a quiet area of the hotel. I like that they have an option for breakfast although the offerings are limited
This hotel offers a free shuttle bus that runs early for that 6am flight. When visitors do not have a flight the hotel offer a free breakfast. This hotel is very close to the airport.
It was an adequate airport hotel for my one night stay. I chose this hotel not because I needed a suite but because the price was right. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and 3 minutes from the Hartford Bradley CT airport. It exceeded my expectations because they upgraded me to a suite.
The hotel was nice enough. Clean, updated and right at the airport. Dinner was delish although the fire alarm kept going off in the restaurant and it was nerve-wracking...
Hotel is modern in design and very clean. Room has a small sitting area with couch and desk. Coffee in lobby around the clock. Rooms have small frig and microwave.
