Did not enjoy our stay at all, did not stay in the first...
Did not enjoy our stay at all, did not stay in the first room they put this in because the jacuzzi wasn't working. Also, the cleanliness was borderline unacceptable. Stains in the carpets, and on the bed sheets and mattress. The morning breakfast was a joke. I would never stay here again. The night manager was very accommodating when we brought up our problems, but their professionalism in dress, and accessories on their body leave a lot to be desired.

Plenty of places in area for food and or shopping.
Plenty of places in area for food and or shopping. We ate lunch at Elmo's Dockside and were very happy with the food and very friendly waitresses . Another meal we had delivered was great too. It was Italian but they had other things also. They said they would deliver in 35 mins. and I think he was there with food in 20 mins. and our fish & chips was piping hot.

I love the spacious suite and the excellent customer service of the staff.
I did not like the toilets' because they were very low to the ground, which made them very difficult to use. Also, the beds are a little high for a handicapped room making them a little difficult to maneuver.

Lovely location, plenty of shops & restaurants.
Lovely location, plenty of shops & restaurants. Great location for getting onto highways to drive to other locations. Not sure on local transport links as we had a hire car. Oh, and don’t worry about making mistakes whilst driving here - the locals are very patient, so no road rage (unlike the U.K!)

For the short amount of time, we traveled from skowhegan,...
For the short amount of time, we traveled from skowhegan, maine to attend a funeral the following morning, we then returned back home. Did not have a chamce to visit anything except 99 restaurant for dinner which was great & back to the hotel
Breakfast was well done even though we stayed during the pandemic. In addition, our son left his tablet "hidden" in a drawer by accident. I called and asked the staff to try to retrieve it and hold on to it for us - graciously, they did so and had it ready to go right up front at the desk when we finally got back to the hotel 12 hours later (on our way back home). We SO appreciated them taking the time to do that for us!
Worse experience ever. Don’t think i will ever stay in a Fairfield Inn again. We had bugs in the bathroom that we believe were cockroaches. Breakfast was gross with no where left to sit. Whole building smelled like weed. Pool and hot tub were closed and were not told before our stay. Other guests were very loud and got to rule the place. We were so grossed out that we left a day early.
This location is good for times when we must visit CT. We’ve stayed there and at other Residence Inn’s many times.
The people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was quite good for a free meal. The Inn is central to what we needed to accomplish in the area and one of the key reasons for our selection.
We will likely stay there again in future.
4 of us stayed in a room so we could all be under the same roof for a night. The front desk was very accommodating with a coffee pot and cups, which was important to us! A lovely hotel if you want comfort but don’t want to spend hundreds. We continue to stay at the Extended Stay America’s everywhere!
It was quaint. Looks like the big name hotels outside but inside was very charming.
The breakfast area was really cute. Decor was black and white checked from the fifties.
In a very good area close to everything.
Not criticism of hotel, but Google maps was WRONG and sent me to a shopping center. I called the hotel and they set me straight, telling me that they have tried to tell Google of the issue. Maybe you could help.
location is great, the exterior of the hotel is great, The room was dirty, broken furniture, old bathroom. Never again. The carpeting outside the elevators were filthy and worn from 20 years of traffic.
The hotel seems in a safe area. The parking area is close to the hotel main entrance and side doors. The room is very clean. I stayed in the two bedroom suit , which is spacious and has two bathrooms.
