The manager was extremely helpful in every aspect, such as providing useful information, organizing trips and transportation, and showing interesting places not to be found in guides. The room, breakfast and wi-fi were fine.

The hotel perfect budget choice. It has a central location and for the Turkish standard I would recommend it as very good. The price was also good, compared to other hotels in the city. The staff was kind and friendly, although they hardly spoke English.

Van is a charming city located in the eastern part of Turkey and is in close proximity to the Iranian border. It serves as a popular destination for many people who travel from Iran by car for short holidays and shopping trips. What makes Van especially appealing is the availability of numerous Turkish franchise brands, allowing visitors to enjoy reliable and affordable shopping experiences, often at lower prices compared to Istanbul. Additionally, the city boasts a wide range of excellent restaurants and delicious cuisine, surpassing the quality and affordability of many establishments in Istanbul. I highly recommend Van to anyone seeking an affordable and enjoyable travel experience in Turkey.

Van is a small city with big potential to grow as it has been grown in recent years.despite the presence of many police officers(which is called çevik kuvvet) ,the city is calm and people are friendly.i think 3-4 days would be enough to visit the museum, castle, lake, beach or even shopping

We liked Van because it is not a tourist destination for Europeans and is an ordinary, bustling Turkish city. The people in Van are very friendly and were always starting up conversations despite the limited English language skills. The food is excellent and the fruit and veg available in the markets is fresh and great quality. The lake and surrounding countryside is quite stunning and there are some very interesting places to visit.
Apart from the spacious room, we liked our window view to the big mosque. Even more beautiful was the view on the terrace of the rooftop breakfast room, that extends to the mountains and the Van Lake. The variety at the breakfast buffet was ample and we could even order eggs to our taste, which we appreciated. The location was quiet and we had good nights sleep. If ever in Van again, we would return to Dosco again.
Great location for dolmus routes to places of interest. Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English which was very useful. Warm and cosy inside when it was snowy out. Pic makes it look rural but it must be an old one as it's very central with good eating places nearby. Wifi good. Beds comfortable. Great choice of hotel for value, comfort.and location.
The hotel placed in a great location, near the Jomhuriet St. Which consider as the most popular part of the city.
Staff were friendly and helpful, however could not speak English.
The room was spacious enough to be comfortable.
Breakfast was kind of basic and enough. In the high season you might have to wait to find a empty table as the saloon is small.
Amazing host. This is a great area of turkey which is very underrated getting by with just English isn’t easy but the host was kind enough to also act as my translator and get me on to the right minibus etc. the room is very clean and spacious and furnished like a local home with washing machine and all the amenities. The photos don’t do it justice.
Everything is good for the price paid. The attitude of the staff is very good. Of course, there are some shortcomings in the performance, which I hope will be solved by training the staff. The rooms on the upper floors have a better view than other rooms. Access to the main streets is easy. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel.
Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea.
Being in The Conforium Hotel was such wonderful experience
The apartment was lovely and big. It had everything we needed and good to be able to spread out for a change. Great to have a washing machine and parking. Easy walk to the bazaar. Easy drive to the Van Castle and Old Van. Suat was responsive and very helpful. Google translate came in handy.
The room was quiet t night and the bed was comfortable. The view on the lake was stunning and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The breakfast and dinner were good. There was a parking space right outside the hotel, which was useful.
It’s the only hotel with aqua park in this area. Staff try to make every one happy.rooms in high floor are good with awesome view to the lake. Music at the pool is great and the last program for everyday foam party is good too.
Otel location is near to jumhuri street and it is a 20-minute walk from the otel to Van AVM.
The suite is very spacious, clean and it is suitable for families specially with children.
Clean apartment and a good place, owner is very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. This'll be my #1 choice if I want to revisit Van again.
