Excellent Hotel which was cheaper to stay at than other places with out ac. It has a big car park to. You need a hire car if you stay here and plan to visit las Americas an other tourist attractions. It’s only 5 min car journey. as it’s located on a main road I wouldn’t Recommend walking down. Felt very luxury and beats staying in the budget hotels for more money. 5* for singles/couples or family’s

The undisputed Tenerife party capital, Playa de las Américas is a year-round resort of sun, sand and sizzling nightlife. At the foot of volcanic mountains stretching up to Mount Teide, its long beach is comprised of imported golden sand. Tenerife’s natural beaches – such as that in northern Puerto de la Cruz – are actually black sand.
Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje neighbouring Playa de las Américas also have golden beaches, and all are lapped by warm, turquoise waters. Watersports are a popular activity, and the area boasts Siam Park with its hair-raising waterslides, rapids and a host of swimming pools. There’s even a wave pool where you can surf!
Outdoor pools are also found in the Playa de las Américas accommodation on Booking.com, including 5-star resorts, cheap hotels and self-catering apartments. Aqualand has yet more flumes and pools, as well as a dolphinarium.
Dolphins and whales can also be spotted from boat trips along the coast. Other activities include Golf Las Américas, the Canaries’ largest golf course.
However, it’s what happens after dark that’s the biggest draw. The Patch complex has family-friendly bars with food, while the bars, clubs and casinos of the Starco shopping centre and Verónicas strip only really kick in at after midnight.

I spent a week in Teneriffe, I travelled with my sister so we had a bed room each. it could easily sleep 4 - 5 people. The apartment was a perfect location, access to everything and still very private. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Lots of space outside to sit out and enjoy the evenings. Washing machine means you dont have to bring alot of clothes with you,
We really enjoyed our stay in Teneriffe Pearl and would definately go back again.

I have been visiting the Island for over 30 years and I have never had a bad visit.
Siam Park is a must!!!!
Best bar is the Brahms and Liszt on the Parque de la paz strip fabulous place with the best staff on the island
Best restaurants are Little Italy Pompeii, Vegas grill and Pier 8.
The only issue now with Tenerife is the taxis from the airport as the queues now are ridiculous.

We normally stay in Adeje but because of the steep hills that are unavoidable decided to try Las Americas. We were last there in the 90s and were pleasantly surprised how upmarket it has become. Obviously lots of investment has been made and we have rebooked our holiday for next year.

The location for the hotel is amazing, I booked the sea side view room and the view was absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset while sitting on the balcony was mesmerizing and so beautiful.
Would highly recommend getting a room with a sea side view.
The staff was amazing and kind, when there was an issue they resolved it as soon as possible. Although the manger there needs to find another work to do, as he did not seem as welcoming as the other staff members - luckily I had little interactions with that person.
The staff made sure that the rooms and hotel would always stay clean. The food was nice and there was a variety of choice but could be better if they had more vegetarian options. Two swimming pools were open for guests and were both clean. The snack/bar was good for all inclusive guests which they could have unlimited drinks. Most of the staff were friendly but they were strict about keeping face masks on at all times (expect when eating and at the pool). Overall, holidays were great.
Big room, good kitchen with everything you need.
private parking! In general parking in Playa America's is a big problem, so private parking is a Huge plus.
Location is very good, it's 600m from one of the warmest beaches, cheap Dialprix supermarket right near the hotel, Hyperdino 10 mins from hotel.
nice pool, nice view from balcony.
Surprisingly good hot and cold water pressure.
Liked the house very much. Sitting in the sun in the morning was lovely. The cleaning staff was really nice. The lobby staff were ok but not very nice. Our flight was late and when we came on sunday in the evening at 21 o'clock we could not get anything to eat or drink on the hotel. But we had paid all inclusive for all 5 of us for sunday and all the other days.
Good All Inclusive Hotel. Loads of sunbeds, even looking for a couple mid afternoon you can still find loads available. Entertainment was very good. Food was a good standard although not always to our taste. Apartment was Duplex which was cleaned everyday. Wifi was outstanding, strong signal where ever you were in the complex
We stayed all inclusive at the H10. Our room was a junior suite modern & very clean equipped with a coffee machine tv mini fridge ect. The hotel lobby & pool and surrounding areas were also modern and kept extremely clean which was fantastic. The location was great 1 minute walk away from lots of restaurants and the beach.
The hotel food was 1st class both in the restaurant and at the pool bar. The quality of drinks in the all inclusive package was exceptional. The pool areas were very spacious and the bedrooms were large, very modern and clean. The hotel is situated in a brilliant position within walking distance to all bars.
We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) during October mid-term break and found hotel being really family oriented, very good activities near the pool for kids and adults, super entertainment team (particularly enjoyed yoga and darts by the pool) and very central location.
This was our first time at an all inclusive hotel but we didn’t know choose this option.
Animations were great fun and facilities were great
Reception team were great and there’s an option for late check out
Everything! Sea view, best beach on Tenerife , only 1 minute away. Best place to stay in Tenerife if you want to be right on the beach. Tejita beach nearby with car (our other favourite beach on Tenerife).
Living area was nice and comfortable, very spacious. In general Parque santiago apartments are very good and Playa de las americas is probably the nicest place on Tenerife. We will come again.
The hotel staff was amazing! They made us feel so welcome and right at home. A great location, great pool area and overall great stay. I really reccomend it.
The hotel is in a really good place, next to the beach and to lots of shopping centers. We liked the hospitality at the beginnning and the swimming pool.
