The location was incredible - perfectly tucked away from the main street but still a short sight away from amazing views of Loon Mountain. There was surplus of board games for a rainy day, and plenty of common area seating. Everything was so well thought out - from the ear plugs in the rooms if you are a light sleeper to the different choices of milk for your coffee in the morning. We also made use of the white noise machine! My boyfriend and I had such a relaxing stay.

Very nice owners. I've stayed in both the cottages and the hotel room at different times and enjoy them both. Very clean. Good location.

Location was great went to flapjacks for breakfast.
Lincoln was an incredible small mountain town! We travelled to the area a couple of days after Loon Mountain closed for the season, so it was very quiet in terms of tourism. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses must also take a couple of weeks off after Loon closes, as a lot of things were closed when we visited. A lot of businesses also have very strange hours; their online information says one thing, and then we would drive to the establishment and find that their hours did not match. Definitely keep this in mind - make a few phone calls before planning your trip! The scenery is incredible and everything is so quaint. There are many good food options (if they are open) and no shortage of access to nature.

We came from the Stowe area in Vermont.
We came from the Stowe area in Vermont. Lincoln is a good place to stay on the Kancamagus highway if you are coming from the West. Close to the Lost River Gorge and Flume Gorge. It's smaller than Conway on the east side of the highway, but not as crowded.

Like many other places, rent in Lincoln is high.
Like many other places, rent in Lincoln is high. Every place is hiring. Staff is low and I don't know how the many restaurants cope other than to close by 8:30 and not be open some week days. Bring your human kindness and be sure to enjoy yourself. There are things that need upkeep in Lincoln and there are giant castle like establishments taking over. I used to love it much more but can't say that I'll ever stop going. Make sure there are no big events during your stay that you are not attending, this will give you more free reign and less waiting. Enjoy!

1. Beautiful quaint city/town with plentiful opportunities for outdoor activities!
2. Delicious cuisine with a few vegan options. There’s a restaurant with a separate vegan menu. I wish there would be more vegan/vegetarian restaurants.
3. Kind people.

I like the area but definitely not the crowds and everything is over priced like any tourist trap area. Not really a lot of things to do that kids are interested in. Views are spectacular though. Whales Tales water park is a great place for everyone young and old as is Clark's Bears. Also a train that runs sometimes but a quirky schedule when I was last there.
The hotel i stayed at is in a very nice location - Lincoln, NH, next to Loon Mountain which you can see from the parking lot. Location is minutes away from gas stations, shops and restaurants which is convenient and fun for people who’d like to explore the town. Mountains are accessible within a few minutes drive away. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. Decent price for an overnight in the heart of the White Mountains that was scheduled last minute. Thank you!
The hotel allows to stay with pets. I like the room that the floor is not carpet. Although it’s a bit dusty but I know it was brought by us. (I really dislike the carpet! ) My husband liked the bed and he said he slept well. The hotel seems renovated recently. The furnitures are all looking new and the flowers hinging outside of the rooms. There is a little trail behind the hotel which is nice to walk the dog before get starting in the morning.
Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Well managed with welcoming staff. Perfect location near many attractions. We drove Franconia Notch and the Kanc to see the foliage. There is a stream in the back and the Pemi across the street. The adjacent trails (just out the door) with waterfalls were a bonus. We would definitely return again.
The room was very clean and very comfortable.
It has everything you'd need.
Excellent location for us as we'd just finished the Kancamagus Highway (section from Conway to Lincoln)
Check in was all electronic having been sent the code for the door.
Parking right outside.
Great stay!
The indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, and outdoor pool were all very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk and the pool facilities were all very friendly and helpful. We've stayed at many locations in Lincoln for the NH Highland Games, this was by far our favorite place.
The Breakfast was great. The coffee was great! My son loved the waffles. Make your own. Also had yogurts and boiled eggs. The staff was extremely nice and helpful! Also gave us some pointers how to get around and avoid high traffic areas. This will be our hotel next year!!
Great price for the area and a good location close to all the attractions in Lincoln with easily accessible room and plenty of parking. Although the room was close to the road, it was relatively quiet all night. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean.
The location was centralized, 15 minutes away from a couple of activities we had planned. The site was surprisingly big, 2 pools (indoor and outdoor)
The hotel is quite old, the floors are crooked, but they managed to make it look nice.
The room/cabin was so cute and cozy. The location was absolutely excellent for heading into Franconia Notch, driving the Kancamangus Highway, and exploring Lincoln and Woodstock. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Clean, well appointed spacious rooms. Stayed in a 2 bedroom with 4 kids and had more than enough room for everyone. Great location in the center of Lincoln - walkable to many things.
The complimentary breakfast was very good. Good choice of food. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine and well equipped. I can recommend the hotel.
The room was spotlessly clean with excellent heating and air-conditioning with extremely comfortable beds, and with an incredible hotel receptionist in Boja.
