La villa était incroyable, très confortable avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Du matériel de Snorkeling était à disposition ainsi que des vélos. La plage était quasiment à côté, vraiment agréable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Le personnel super gentil et attentionnée , une équipe formidable. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

We had the most amazing time staying here, the attention to detail on the design of this place is impeccable. The place is honestly so beautiful- even better than the photos! The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and we were provided with a gallon of drinking water. The bed was amazing, beyond comfortable, we saw that ear plugs were provided for noise, but we didn’t need them. We opted for a massage each which was an amazing relaxing start to our anniversary, and we had this in the comfort of our villa. I saw some previous comments about large geckos in the bathroom which we also encountered, the staff offered to move them but the geckos stayed high up on the ceiling and they were way more afraid of us- so we were happy to live alongside them for a few days. The staff were amazing, easily contacted via WhatsApp and able to help with our queries. In terms of food we could order any we wanted from a few restaurants to the room and it arrived quickly and they were delicious! We loved staying here and would’ve liked to stay even longer! Will definitely be back!

We have traveled all over Indonesia, staying in numerous excellent hotels and bungalows, yet this place has been the most amazing by far. There is an immediate feeling of comfort at the reception with the lovely team. They have been available 24h for every little wish we had. The villa is built in a way that has the best feng shui ever. Every wall is rounded and you feel like there are no corners or edges anywhere. The details are full of surprises starting with even the dental hygiene kit ;) And then there is the POOL! What an amazing feeling to be able to jump into the ever refreshing water anytime you want. The bed - pure heaven! Finally been able to sleep through the night. Fantastic beach close by. You can order food from the area directly to your room. Including the most delicious pizza we've had in all over south east asia. So many more things to say but we dont want to spoil all the surprises. 10/10

Wonderful breakfast and delivery available at no extra cost. Breakfast by the pool was a lovely thing.

Un petit paradis idéal pour découvrir Kuta, à 5 minutes en scooter du centre. Nous avons pu louer un scooter directement à la réception. Je recommande.

Situé à Gili Air, le Kaien Villas Gili Air propose un hébergement avec une piscine avec vue, une terrasse et une vue sur le jardin. Magnifique établissement, on y est très très bien reçu. Personnel vraiment adorable, et chambre très belle. Attention c’est un hôtel, ce n’est pas une villa entière 😅

Super friendly staff, great breakfast on the terrace, superb private pool. Extremely spacious and very clean. Perfect stay, gonna come back.
