The room was clean and of reasonable size. The whole hotel is well kept. Great free parking facilities. Breakfast is quite complete and well staffed. Even with some hockey teams filling the hotel, the staff was able to keep the hotel clean and functional. Nice pool and exercise room. Really easy to get to Montreal and back with easy access to Champlain bridge. Great location to visit Montreal.

Very basic, no frills room and property. Photos of the room are accurate. It’s a good enough place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower. We were in Montreal to bike, and we were pleasantly surprised to be able get right on the bike trail from the motel and bike all around Montreal.

I really liked the location and cleanliness of the facilities. I read a lot of reviews before booking, the majority negative, but for me and my family, this hotel was great. The room was definitely smaller than other hotels, especially the bathroom, but we even got a view of the city, so I honestly dont understand people's complaints. Everything was clean, the lobby area was very well kept, and the hotel personnel was welcoming. Breakfast was nice as well, and everything was good. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel and the metro was close. The hotel let us keep the bags after checkout for later pickup so that was a plus as well.
Aks for a room on highest floor facing Dix30 and got it.
Aks for a room on highest floor facing Dix30 and got it. Love the location, the espresso coffee maker, the style of the room. The staff was efficient and the room was clean. Walking distance to bar, restaurants and the REM.
Not to forget "FREE" parking.

My visit was very short (12 hours) mostly in a motel.
My visit was very short (12 hours) mostly in a motel. We drove to a grocery store around 9:00 pm shortly after we checked in. I very much liked the quietness of the area. Very much family residential neighbourhood located right by the river. I liked the convenience of the motel near the highway. Everything was very convenient to get to by car - gas, grocery store, Starbucks- all just a few minutes away (approx 5 minutes). Unfortunately, I had to leave 9:00 am next day so was unable to explore Brossard anymore than that. If I am travelling that way again, I definitely would like to explore Brossard

the location made the stay so much more comfortable, we could return to our room quickly when needed... a great place to stay in our opinion. we return every year. There is nothing we did not like other than the retainer of 50$ at check in.

Wonderful hotel!
Wonderful hotel! Antique style, great breakfast, very comfortable. The city needs to paint the road lines out of the hotel as it is a busy and fast driving road, as it feels dangerous to drive out of the parking lot in the night when you can't see the lanes.

The hotel is spotless clean throughout.
The hotel is spotless clean throughout. The rooms were comfortable and decor very pleasant. The bonus buffet breakfast is wonderful with a nice selection of hot and cold items. Overall a satisfying stay and we would definitely return!
Amazing hotel with large comfortable rooms, great location at the heart of the DIX30 shopping district, staff was polite, efficient and happy to serve the guests, parking was free and next to the hotel, connected by its own tunnel, breakfast at the hotel bar/restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. We had three rooms for the six of us and everyone felt it was one of the best hotels we've ever been to (for this price point). The Escad will be our home going forward when we visit Montreal.
The hotel was modern and was in an excellent location, and the staff's service went beyond expectation. For example, the lifts weren't working, and I had to carry water to my kids' room on the tenth floor. One of the staff offered to carry the water through the stairs to the tenth floor. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but we thank her from the bottom of our hearts. The large, nearby, underground free parking was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.
The location was very nice. The mall next to it closes early, but you still get lots of restaurant around there within walking distance. The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was amazing. Hotel offers breakfast although the room says it doesn't, at least for us. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices and staffs were super friendly. Bed was comfy and my mom loved the pillows.
Great location with free parking. Comfy beds and clean room with everything you need. Pet friendly and they provided food and drink container and a bed! No breakfast included but they have pastries, cereal and a lot of other things to buy, which are delicious and so worth it!
The house is beautiful and spacious! It's a great place to stay in when you're in Montreal for a visit. I stayed for few days and it was better than staying in an expensive hotels in the downtown. The place has good rules to keep the place clean. I enjoyed it there a lot!
What an absolute gem. I’d say the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room had a huge jacuzzi tub, king bed, mirrored ceiling and walls. The staff were friendly and accommodating enjoyed our stay very much
Hotel chosen because it was near airport without being a 'traditional airport hotel'. It had an old style grandeur without being old. It had large well appointed rooms.
The breakfast was excellent.
It’s pet friendly ! If you are smoker they have smoking rooms , couple of them, beer , coffee snacks and soup in cup available
Prices are tight and nobody complain if you are bit loud
The room had been recently renovated and was very clean
We selected the location for access to the Panama bus terminal which was only a short walk from the hotel
The location was good. A supermarket is directly near the hotel. There are tables in front of the hotel where you can stay or eat. The staff is very friendly.
