The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the city centre.... Breakfast was good, the gym was pretty well equipped and the pool/sauna/jacuzzi was very welcome. Very comfy bed too and the food in the restaurant was good too.

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure. Buffet breakfast was very good. I arrived late at night and the restaurant was open for dinner till 11, so that was great. All in all, I had a great experience

I have contacted both the hotel and you a number of times in the past 48 hours as my flight was cancelled and I needed to change my dates. I heard nothing back from either you or the hotel. I’m on my way to SCL now and have no idea if I’ll have access to a room or not.
