They were all very warm and welcoming and aimed to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location is close to the main bazaar and anything you could need. The room provided everything I needed comfortably but what made this place exceptional were the owners. They are more than happy to give you suggestions on things to see and do over a cup of cay. They also offer a day tour/transport to different sites around the region like Dara. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from my time with them. My only regret is not staying longer.
