Tim the shuttle driver was the kindest young man I’ve ever meet. My husband and I were having a stressful situation as we were at the hotel for medical appointment’s at the hospital near by. Tim was so positive and took us to a CVS for toiletries and then to his favorite restaurant for dinner. We called after dinner and he was there to pick us up immediately. I wish I could give this hotel at 10 star rating.
