The location is excellent- within walking distance of everything. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Nino had lovely treats left out for us as well as slippers and toiletries. He was on hand if we had any questions.

This has been one of the best stays we have ever had. When we travel to Europe, I always look for places with top top reviews. I now understand why Sorrento Flats has 10 out of 10. Luigi is such a wonderful and caring host, he arranged a taxi driver to pick us up from Napoli Centrale, he took care of every single detail during our stay, every need we had, besides giving us daily suggestions for places to go, to eat, things to do on rainny days, lend us an umbrella, etc. My husband and I felt like if we were in a friend or a relative's house. Fernanda (Luigi's mom) baked these delicious pastries for breakfast.and Cira was so sweet and caring to prepare great capuccinos for us each morning We truly felt sad to leave this place and everyone's hospitality. We will definitely come back!!! Thank you Luigi for all you did for us. You are a fantastic hidden gem in Sorrento!!! Greetings to your mom and Cira. May God bless you abbundantly!!! Staff was very frienly and helpfull .Room was very clean and good decorated ,it has everything what you need .Free parkin is very big plus there are enough pots for all rooms

Location was perfect for peace and serenity. The donkeys were by far my favorite. The staff were stupendous. Jessica, Roberto❤️ ❤️,Rachel and Carlo are kind, caring, sincere and beyond helpful. May not be for everyone since you cannot walk into town but that’s ok…more availability for me. 😁 Sincerly love the staff.

This is a lovely accommodation and the walk into town is ok. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. My room was good and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Sorrento.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as described and the free shuttle bus to the centre of Sorrento was excellent. The staff were very helpful and we got complimentary croissants, yoghurts and coffees every morning. The pool area was nice and quiet with great views. Would really recommend!
