I liked that we stayed in part C and we could visit the pool facilities without having to go outside, as it was connected with the hotel by the underground parking. The free shuttle to Stoos.

The location is perfect if you want to be near the city but also have enough space, we had a 2-bedroom apartment which was turned into 3 to accommodate 7 people, there was ample car parking and the view is stunning! You see the lake and the mountain as soon as you view the window. Spacious place with cooking utensils, and perfect because the grocery is less than 2km away. The city center of Lucerne is 10 mins drive.

Contactless check-in was smooth, as well the checkout. Would surely recommend this even for a long stay.
