Before I arrived at Vitoria city, my friend recommended this hotel to me, after I lived there for two nights, I really love the service there. The room is very clean, big enough space, with a big window which gave me a nice viewing outside. What's more, the front desk ladies are so kind and helpful to me, a new guy first time visit this city. At end of my visiting day, I found there was an open-air swimming pool on the roof, with a great view of the whole city. Definitely, I will choose it again if I come to Vitoria next time!
