Located in Quartu Sant'Elena, Residence Mar Mediterraneo offers accommodation with a balcony, kitchen and free WiFi. Excellent house, new, and with modern furniture. Our apartment was about 60 s.m., so more than enough for a family of 4. Plenty of parking, big supermarket really close, beach at a few hundred meters (the sea could be seen by the property's 1st floor, but it's not really a property with-a-view).

Great location right next to the beach and a great pizzeria with a view on the beach and sea. Really nice pool, kids loved it and spent hours there. The villas are quite new modern and comfortable.
