The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with very good recommendations for food and everything we needed. The room was very cozy, super clean and had everything that we needed. We felt like home

Palazzo Gamba is located right in front of Florence's Cathedral. It offers uniquely designed apartments with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchenette. The location is definitely amazing and the staff is very responsive to your needs day and night. It is clean and was ready to accomodate us.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Lovely place! loved the nature around, the old but well refreshed furniture and room style, the kindness and welcoming of the ladies at the reception.

Located within 200 metres of Pitti Palace and less than 1 km of Strozzi Palace in the centre of Florence, numa I Felice Rooms & Apartments provides accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. The location was perfect. The room had enough space for luggage and it was super clean. The luggage storage at the hall was a plus.

Situated in the centre of Florence, Dimora Collection - Le Torri - Boutique Luxury Suites - Adults Only features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Lorenzo communicated with us (in English) prior to our arrival to ensure we had all of the information. We walked from the train station (about 15 min) and had no trouble finding it. It is very near the duomo (about a 1 min walk), as well as all the famous plazas and museums. We found the electronic entry to be easy and convenient. There is an elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs up to the top level for the exercise. We never saw anyone else in the building and felt very safe. The windows of the apartment are excellent and when they are closed you don't hear anything from outside. They also have nice blackout curtains, which we didn't find anywhere else on our stay in Italy. The room had a large couch, king bed, and the best pillows in Europe so far. Lighting and plugs (and USB ports) where you'd want them to be; Netflix and Prime on the TV; great hot water and pressure in the bathroom with nice, large towels. The kitchen was great with all kinds of pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Olive oil and salt provided, no pepper. They provided as many coffee pods as we wanted, as well as little snacks and cookies--and filtered water. Lorenzo ensured we knew how to work everything in the kitchen and the room, and it was exceptionally clean and modern. We also stored our luggage for a few hours on the penthouse landing and had no problem. Lorenzo responded via messenger in Booking.com almost instantly when we had any questions. The price was worth the modern apartment, the space, and the location.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. If every Aparthotel was like this one, there would be no need for hotels anymore...
