Place was beautiful, hospitality outstanding, full of little attentions: fresh flowers, fruit basket, bottle of wine etc… it is centrally located, you can go anywhere on foot yet it is away from the crowd and very quiet at night. Host was available for any questions. Would recommend in a heart beat!

Featuring a rooftop pool and views of city, Casa da Galeria - Azores Art of Hosting is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao. Great apartment as it was nicely located close to the town. Also, my family and I felt very well taken care of by the friendly staff.

Located within 600 metres of Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach and 2.3 km of Silveira Beach, The Shipyard - Angra offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Angra do Heroísmo. Modern decor, staff is friendly and accommodating, across all levels. Rooms smell great and the linen and towels are first grade, all is very new and clean at the hotel. The location is good, near the marina and not far from an excellent local casa de Pasto.

The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.
