Was supposed to meet my sister here who was flying separately but my flight was cancelled. The staff was extremely nice and helpful during check in (despite reservation being in my name etc) and throughout the entire stay (helped order taxis, make recommendations, prepared a delicious to go breakfast for the early morning flight). Room was nice, everything was very clean, nice amenities(pool, gym), good location. Would definitely return!

Matatagpuan ang Whales Bay Hotel Apartments sa bayan ng Capelas, São Miguel sa loob ng 10 minutong biyahe mula sa Ponta Delgada. Everything was really beyond our expectations. The staff was really helpful, everything was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning was superb as well, they cleaned our apartment every few days like they would for the next person. We had plenty of parking spots too, and the private sauna was truly enjoyable!
