Like a little ice at the entrance, they came and fixed it, not enough warmth ? They brought extra electrical warming and powered up the heating system. Also they answered instantly to the phone every time I needed anything. The apartment is huge, comfortable and with all needed amenities.

I love how quiet the place was, how respectful everyone was of my privacy, how attentive the staff and the cleaning staff was, and the cleanliness of the place. The room was immaculate, the kitchenette was so useful, I made coffee every morning, I drank my coffee on the balcony some days. I washed my clothes in the provided washing machine that's in the kitchenette. I stayed almost 2 weeks, so of course I needed the armoire and the dresser provided and I was so thankful I had all that room to put all my stuff, even a shoe rack by the door. It was so convenient that I felt like I lived there. The bathroom, spacious, modern and most of all, so clean. The staff provided me with enough towels, clean bedding, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The staff stayed in contact with me and communicated as necessary. I was only a few steps away from coffee shops, restaurants and a pharmacy, which was so convenient.
