Huge house with all mod cons. I needed to be near the hospital so this was ideal.

We have a relative living here on crete who came unexpactately to the university hospital of heraklion. We came here as soon as possible and were looking for a stay near the hospital. Therefor the apartment has a perfect location, we can just go 15min by feet. The host is very courteous and undstood our situation, we could extend the stay easily for another week.

The family who own the property very welcoming and friendly and helpful i really feel home, Niko and his son Giainnas. Appreciate your hospitality. Also they have bidet in the toilet which its famous in GCC countries.

The location was close to the University Hospital and the parking at the property was easy. The beds were comfy and the bedding warm enough for an unexpectedly cold night. Although it was near a main road we couldn't hear the traffic. Great little kitchen - I have ideas for my own now. The host and his sister were so helpful with our questions about facilities close by and the gift of some cakes on the first evening was very much appreciated. Will book again if we need to be in the area.

Everything! All was perfect! Everything thoroughly cleaned bedsheets and towels as well. Hosts amazing and polite people, always checking in to see if everything was ok or if we needed something. Traveling with a little child is stressful enough for the parents sometimes but here we relaxed and new we were in a safe place for us and our little one. Close by there is a tourist area with shops, restaurants café, parks and a beautiful sandy beach so if you want to avoid going in to Heraklion as it is a big and busy city you can stay in that area. Close to the highway so easy access to go visit other areas in Crete as well. Don't be alarmed by knowing it is close to the highway believe me it is far enough and you do not hear a single thing. Thank you very much for everyting! We hope to see you again on one of our visits to Crete. Panagiotis & Maria & E*** and as my daughter would say ''Mono AEK'' you know!!! ;-) :-) Take care.

- check-in: the keys were left at the door and I didn't have to coordinate check-in or make the host stay late - location: close to the conference venue (but away from city center, so keep that in mind if you want to be within walking distance from the main city-sights) - privacy: the balcony overlooks an open area so it's relatively private and has a beautiful view, plenty of sun and air - lots of windows and plenty of sunshine, but the shutters close completely which is awesome for those of us who like to sleep in total darkness - parking available sometimes (though not guaranteed)
