The kitchen was very well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, tea, coffee, olive oil, and spices (that is really nice because it's kind of pointless having to search for a shop just to buy a pack of coffee or tea just so that you can have 2 or 3 cups during a short stay). Additionally, we received a welcome gift which was a super nice gesture. We will definitely choose this place if we come back to Como.

Mario was the best host I have ever met in my entire life. He was always ready to go far and beyond for us, and gave us very solid advices about the attractions in Lake Como. The apartment was a bit far from the Tremezzo ferry station, but Mario greeted us and helped us get there by his car. If you want to try some authentic local cusine, you have to ask Mario. You should also download the Whatsapp app and message him directly, and he will answer any questions that you have. As for the apartment itself, Mario had kept it squeaky clean. He even prepared a collection of tea bags and an espresso machine, so that you can enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains from the apartment balcony. The bed was nice and comfy, and the whole place was kept quite cool even though it was burning hot outside. There is also a clean swimming pool outside. For us, staying in Tremezzo for our lake Como trip was the right choice, as Tremezzo tends to be more peaceful than other places like Bellagio or Como. It felt more authentic.

It’s a beautiful property surrounded by lush hills and overlooking lake Como. You can see Bellagio across the lake. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of Como and staying where it’s quiet, yet easy to access every where . There’s a lovely path right next to the property that takes you right to the shoreline and you can get on the boats there for touring the lake. The apartment was very clean and has a nice patio with pretty landscaping and exceptional views. The Host, Mario, was very kind and helpful too.

We have stayed in properties all over the world and have never had a better host. He consistently went above and beyond to make it a truly wonderful experience.
