The host was very friendly, responded very quickly to questions, and gave us helpful recommendations, one of the suggested restaurants was very pleasant. We would happily go back there, even for a longer stay.

Everything with this place is perfect. 1. Location is great. It’s about 15 minutes walking from the S.L train station or Piazza Rome. And if you take the water bus, you can get off at Port San Stae, then it’s only 5 minutes of easy walking to the place. A lot of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets (inclu. Fish market) are within 10-15 minutes walk. 2. The room is clean, spacious and well decorated. It has everything you would need for a short stay! 3. The hosts are great! They are patient, kind and really generous. They offered extra helps to us regarding our checkin and checkout. A big thank you to you :)) All in all, stay with them and you will have a special trip in Venice. The photo I upload is taken just outside of the place.
