Appartment was large enough for our family, perfectly prepared and clean, kitchen sufficiently equiped. We also appreciated clothes dryer and iron. Located right next to the tram station, 15 minutes by tram to the downtown. Several shops within 200 meters. Problemless communication about the checkin (entrance key). Comfortable parking in Raxstraße (10 minutes by walk, 3 tram stations). Simply recommended!

Awesome room, stuffed with useful and practical things that can rarely be found in other hotels. Comfortable. Felt like a liveable place, like a home, not just like another boring soulless hotel room. Super friendly staff. Great view from the rooftop.

Situated 2.3 km from Kunst Haus Wien - Museum Hundertwasser, Rioca Vienna Posto 1 features accommodation with a bar and a garden. A very nice hotel located in Dresdner str. 109, in front of line “2 Dornbach” Tram station called “Innstraße” just 2-3 min walking and train satiation called “Traisengasse S” is just about 8-10 min, the style of the hotel is amazing Brazilian way and you can notice this every where, and one thing which I am happy of the low sound of birds played in every where, you feel your self in the forest , the staff are very friendly “Sabina, Camelia, Mujae and all the other staff (I might forget one name who helped me to locate some points of interest) ” I hope I got there names correctly spell, I appreciate all there support. The room are perfect and suit us very well for long stay occupied with full kitchen for 2 person, and we have to separate the waste and bring it down to the waste recycling station which is located in the ground floor, they have a very nice lobby and outdoor setting area, and let us not forget the terrace, they have also a laundry service room it works with an app. They serve in the setting area and the restourant in the ground floor Tea and Coffee for free , their breakfast cost 14 Euro. The room was clean and very well equiped, the appartement is calm and very well insolated and the location is perfect, next to tram station, supermarket and some restaurants.
