From the warm welcome of Rikke and the talkative and cuddly cats and happy dogs, the serene views and silence, to the incredible breakfast of fresh, local and tasty flavours. Franks knowledge and jolly demeanour had us entertained and relaxed. The apartment was clean, cozy and the perfect size for two adults. We slept like babies in the soft beds with a fresh breeze from the skylights above. "Svineriet" has a restful and lovely atmosphere. For animal-lovers like ourselves, it was delightful to see how well Rikke and Frank provide for all their animals with love and respect. We couldn't ask for more for our stay - we highly recommend Rikke og Franks Svineri!

Everything was great, no real short comings that weren't obvious from the information provided or from the photos - and certainly nothing that significantly made the trip worse. Would stay there again, very happy overall. Oh and very well decorated, there was attention to detail, and it for sure made the stay more enjoyable.

We liked the architectural and design touches and details that made the house special. The grounds were lovely; we had dinner outside each evening., Kitchen facilities were nice. and we enjoyed the ping pong table. It would be good to point folks toward a grocery store so they could stock up before arriving. Although I wouldn't call it a beachfront property, we enjoyed the walk down to the beautiful cliffs and beaches and did this once in the daytime and once to see the sunset.

My husband and I stayed here on our way to Norway. First, I thought we were in the wrong place, as we stayed in someone else's home. However, the apartment was big, warm, somewhat clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was a plus, except for the stove ventilator, which didn't work. I enjoyed cooking with sharp knives, as well as with good quality pots, and pans. The bed and couch were comfortable. Space was well-utilized. The parking space was easy to find. Because of bad weather, we were unable to visit the city. Communication with the administrator was excellent!

Good location. Maybe a tat challenging if you need to park your car nearby, but generally not problem. Very well designed flat, comfortable. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night. Definitely wouldn't mind living here for a few years.
