At the apartment complex, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. A beautiful, spacious, super clean apartment with a lovely balcony with a sea view. Extra points for a sandalwood (or patchouli?…) scent diffuser- really nice! A minute walk from the beach. If you’re not into loud resorts and big hotels, that’s a perfect spot.

Everything was perfect, we had a big apartment rigth next to the pool on the ground floor and it couldn’t be better! The complex has its fitness, library and yoga room, you can also pour a filtered water there, cleaning lady comes every second day, many things sustainable, very comfort bed. I can’t complain about anything. I felt much better there than in a hotel. Thank you so much!

It was an excellent stay for the both of us. The communication with the owners was easy and fast as well as check-in. The location of the apartment was very convenient. It was really clean and it had all the necessary things and much more. One of the best stays ever! We definitely recommend it :)

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Nice apartment, simple, clean and modern. Close to the beach and few restaurants. La Lajita is small with "lazy afternoon" atmosphere ;)

We had the chance to stay out in Fuerteventura for an extra week, and we were able to book Cotillo Family at quite short notice. You should be aware that there are 39 stairs that lead to this property. This was not an issue for us, but it wouldn’t suit people with mobility issues.
