This recently renovated apartment is located 45 km from Longleat House and 45 km from Monkey World. The apartment features family rooms. It was great, right smack in the middle of the beautiful little town. The host was extremely nice and accommodating. We’d originally rented a different place but didn’t find it fit for purpose so this was last minute thing, but found it extremely clean, very freshly furnished, bed was very comfortable, all in all a great space. Host had left a nice welcoming selection of fruit milk, and other niceties. I go around a lot and this was hands down one of the better places. Even proper dense and big bath towels which usually isn’t a thing to expect even in the higher price classes.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The hosts Sam and John are absolutely lovely, so warm hearted and welcoming. They were always helpful and there for me, if I needed something. They made this stay even more special for me. In the flat, there were cookies, chocolate, tea and milk already there for my start of my stay, which was such cute gesture! The flat has a beautiful view, everything is so quiet and clean, it's so well equipped and nicely decorated. I immediately felt at home and it has such a positive energy and the hosts as well. The bed is so warm and comfy and the fireplace made it very cosy in the chilly evenings. All over the flat there are little notes with imformation written on small papers so that I didn't had to ask for help. And there was an extra book with all other information of how the heater works, the oven and stuff like that. I didn't miss a thing and whenenver I'll return to this wonderful village, I'll make sure, that I can stay at Bentley Rise again. This is for sure a place for regaining energy , enjoying holidays and really worth travelling to !!!

The cabin was much larger than I thought it would be, It was in a very quiet beautiful hamlet with almost everything you need it was very clean and well thought out with a very comfortable bed and a working shower some lovely extra touches like breakfast and milk and orange juice left in the fridge butter jam and marmalade and honey and bread tea coffee and hot chocolate even a packet of cookies in the biscuit tin which was all appreciated as the nearest shop is in Blandford forum about 15 minutes away by car but not really a problem the family were very respectful of our privacy but were on hand if needed had a very relaxing time loved it so much in fact that we have booked for next year thankyou.

The location is convenient and we didn’t have too far to walk into the centre of Lyme Regis. There is quite a climb up the hill coming home though.
