Great location, amazing room, and very helpful hosts. Go for it, I doubt you will find anything better in the area. I will definitely go back. Excellent WiFi and very comfy bed.

The location was easy to find, on the outskirts of town and a very quiet area. Barbara was there to greet us and made our stay fantastic. She recommended a few places in town to eat. We were approaching the low season for the Bonavista area, so it was hit and miss on what was open in town. Our room was on the main floor and beautifully decorated, and the entire house was exceptionally clean and well kept. Barbara's hot breakfast was incredible, even including hot fresh muffins, and fruit. It was like eating in a posh restaurant. I would highly recommend staying at the Lancaster Inn.

The property has a million dollar Atlantic view. The antiques that decorate the property are fun. Great Wi-Fi and sayillite TV (I have kids) A very close drive to a big puffin colony on the Atlantic — great photos. Amazing “SHIPPING NEWS” scenery in every direction. A cafe, featuring Newfoundland delicacies, is a located directly behind the property.
