Good location and privacy near the forest. It's a short walk to the beach in Soline (shortcut through the forest). Well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, cleanliness.

The apartment is very luxurious, very well equipped, clean; great view of old town Dobrinj from loggia. Even though it is attic flat and the outside temperature was above 35 - 37´C, the room temperature was comfortable - we used to turn on A/C only for 2-3 hours per day; well done thermal insulation. Very friendly stuff (or owner?). The closest beach is about 10 minutes walking down the hill, back uphill takes a little more minutes and some sweat, too. :-) But it´s a nice walk, don´t need a car every day (if you´re not lazy...). ;-)

Our disappointing stay was in the upper one-bedroom unit. The unit was extremely basic. We booked based on positive reviews, which in rereading seem to have been for the lower unit Apparently, the unit and a summer booking make all the difference to the experience at this property. The best part of the stay was the friendly on-site namesake elderly Croatian-only speaking hostess. I'm thankful to Google translate even though her only response to all questions was "in Krk", even when the question was about the nearest grocery store which happened to be a mile away! One plus given our November visit was plenty of blankets. This was helpful since the unit was freezing upon our arrival and took a long time to wam up. If you are looking for a stay that is a bit above camping then this one might be for you.

After welcoming us our host provided us with useful information to find our way around the island easier - great dog beaches, affordable prices, great pleases not to miss...etc. It helped a lot and created a personal touch - cannot be appreciated enough!

Modern apartman near Dobrinj. Well equipped, spacious, and the host is very helpful. Pool is super. Parking good. We could charge our electric car. Air condition was super strong and free to use. The closest shop 600m, restaurant 1800m. It is worth to sleep here!

It was very pleasant couple of days staying here. The owner was very nice, checked us in even earlier when it was possible, room was 10/10 clean and tidy, she brought us new towels and toiletries every day, the location was a nice little walk to the beach and also very close to the grocerie shop. Would recomend!
