The location, friendliness of owner, quietness of the location, and the breakfast were all exceptional and better than I had expected. The owner gave us good advice as to what to see and where to go, and even when departing and we told him where to we were heading, he recommended a restaurant to us which we visited and were super please with.

Linda and her husband were very kind and welcoming! The place is very cozy, just outside the city centre in a calm neighborhood. Nice traditional breakfast! We loved playing with the dogs Bailey and Jenny in the backyard! Thank you for the warm welcome Linda!

Great spot in the heart of Athlone. The location was fantastic, we felt like we were part of the city. The staff in the Bar below we very friendly and the food was great. The room was well kept and very charming, with a little view of the street.
