Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Decorum, setting, originality, cleanliness, nature connected. Everything was perfect. The little retro details in the decorum were simply outstanding. The staff was super friendly and available. The place was super quiet and breakfast was great. Loved the animals over there. I totally recommend.

This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. Brilliant location. Staff is so friendly. We will definitely book again next time. Thanks

Appreciated being away from the crowded tourist area of the Inner Stadt but within walking distance of all the attractions. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with many outdoor restaurants, young families and shopping. The room was large, comfortable and secure. Karl is a welcoming and helpful host. I can't recommend Rosa Linde enough. So happy I made this choice for Vienna.
