Very kind owner who puts a lot of efforts to make this place unique and welcoming, amazing breakfast, super cozy nicely designed room, very nice mattress and sparkly clean shared bathroom! The house is old, around 1780, so characterful and quirky, a relaxed, friendly, comfortable house to stay. Diane and Mario are friendly, relaxed hosts and made us feel very welcome. Our bed was comfortable, the room as to be expected in such an old house had space enough, and plenty of character, with windows overlooking both the garden and river. Breakfast is taken in a room with panoramic views and was homemade, beautifully presented, and on both mornings a lovely start to the day.

A recently renovated guest house, Gîte du Pionnier offers accommodation in L'islet Sur Mer. This property offers access to a terrace, tennis at the tennis court, free private parking and free WiFi. EVERYTHING! Sylvie was a wonderful host. Her breakfast was fabulous. And the house was very clean and the linen, toiletry, towel were also very clean and well maintained. And it is a very old, historical house in a beautiful, calm neighborhood. She even picked me up when I was done with the meeting at the nearby company. Thank you, Sylvie!
