We are very happy that we stayed in “La Grande Maison”. It was a very warm welcome. A comfortable bed, quiet in the room, delicious croissants for breakfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with lovely en suite. Outside the room was a lovely terrace where you could enjoy breakfast or a drink. Very clean and well presented. The owner is obviously very thoughtful as well as there are a varied array of tea’s and also proper coffee making facilities in the room as well as leaving 2 bottles of water and a bottle of beer which are above and beyond normal expectations and a very nice touch. It was extremely well priced in comparison to ‘normal’ hotels. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again 10/10. Thank you.

Unusually spacious room and bathroom, tasteful furnishings, small swimming pool, friendly English speaking owner, and a quiet, peaceful setting. The room even included some low lights if you need to get up at night. I highly recommend the place.
