Boasting a garden and views of quiet street, La Mirabelle is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Saint-Pierre-de-Fursac, 45 km from Zénith Limoges Métropole. It was like having your own apartment! We arrived for the evening and didn’t need to go anywhere. Lyn cooked us a delicious meal which we enjoyed in our spacious room. When then watched a film on the very large TV and snuggled down for the night in the very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely eggs, cheese, ham, bread, croissants etc. Everything was spotlessly clean and well thought through. A perfect stopover on our way from Calais to the south of France.

Philippe e Anne hanno curato ogni dettaglio della loro dimora carica della storia antica con la sensibilità del restauro appropriato e il mobilio di legni dal color miele, creato dagli stessi proprietari. L'incontro con Philippe ci ha arricchito di informazioni sul territorio e sulle sue eccellenze. Eccezionale l'accoglienza: La camera come una splendida suite, pulitissima, confortevole, luminosa con vista sul giardino e la campagna alberata. Il bagno, degno di un hotel stellato. La colazione ricca di ingredienti di ottima qualità, il pane fresco a lievitazione naturale con grano da macina in pietra. I frutti, le confetture. Perfect place for our stopover as we head home to the UK from the Pyrenées. 5 minutes off the E9 but you'd never know. Luxurious! Five⭐️! Lovely welcome from Jocylene and Jacque. Beautiful breakfast too! The little village also has a Carrefour so we were able to shop for tonight's meal which is important for us as we like to picnic French style with a bottle of good Bubbly! Offering a garden and quiet street view, La grande Maison is situated in Donzenac, 13 km from Brive Exhibition Centre and 13 km from Brive Media Centre. Excellent! We were made exceptionally welcome by Michelle and Serge and the stay was fantastic for us. Not far from the motorway, with an amazing view, the house is stunning. Everything is thought of for a perfect stay. Comfortable bed, good lighting, little thoughtful gestures in the room. Modern and sleek bathroom, big shower and everything to hand. The icing on the cake was eating a wonderful, copious breakfast with the doors open and the sun shining in from the terrace overlooking the valley. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend. As for the 'difficult' parking mentioned in earlier reviews, if you drive along past the house there's a parking bay on your left, avoiding any difficulty.

Situated in Berneuil and only 32 km from Parc des expositions, Domaine de Panissac features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely old house and the owners gave us an exceptionally warm welcome. Breakfast was excellent especially the homemade yogurt. Loved the 2 rescue dogs and also the very majestic cat strutting back and forth. Would stay here again and we recommend it.

Maison de Campagne, a property with a terrace, is located in Sarroux, 25 km from Neuvic d'Ussel Golf Course, 40 km from Val Saint-Jean Golf Course, as well as 41 km from Casino de La Bourboule. Attentive and welcoming host. My kids loved her dog Tobby and the table tennis table. It was one of their favourite stays in France.
