Featuring sea views, Patricks Boathouse offers accommodation with balcony, around 1.3 km from The Mumbles. Apartment was in a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants, the promenade, the pier. The room was very spacious and clean. Basic breakfast were a bonus. The owners were very friendly and always asking if they could help in any way.

The room is super comfortable and clean with access to a private bathroom. Caroline and Jonathan are really nice and made my stay at Ty Selah great. I had a problem with an adapter to charge my phone and Caroline was able lend me one first and then order me one on Amazon UK. You have also access to the kitchen and can also chat with them. Caroline also makes amazing home made yogurth and cakes! It felt like being at home with my family. I highly recommend it.
