Situated just 18 km from Mullingar Arts Centre, Lir Lodge offers accommodation in Castlepollard with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as full-day security. We had a lovely welcome from Emer when we arrived. Expected just some pastries for breakfast but very pleasantly surprised to find cereals juice and even eggs in the fridge. Our room was lovely and very well equipped. The family were very friendly and helpful.

Offering an open-air bath and garden view, Highfield house bed and breakfast COLLINSTOWN is located in Collinstown, 20 km from Mullingar Arts Centre and 20 km from Mullingar Greyhound Stadium. Paul was great, checked us in got us settled real quick and gave some great tips about local food offerings and landmarks. All of which we took advantage of, enjoyably so. The house is real nice, beautiful views a pub and local shop just a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and quite good. All in all a real nice experience

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Templemacateer provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Tastiest full Irish breakfast using free range produce from their own resources. Bernie could not have been a more hospitable and obliging host. Even got to play Croquet on the lawn. If I could rate my overall experience 11/10 I would!

Lír B&B, a property with a garden, is set in Multyfarnham, 14 km from Mullingar Arts Centre, 14 km from Mullingar Greyhound Stadium, as well as 29 km from Loughcrew Historical Gardens & Visitor... Cleanest most comfortable b and b I have ever been in.

Seber House, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Kilbeggan, 12 km from Tullamore Dew Heritage Centre, 20 km from Dun na Si Heritage & Genealogical Centre, as well as 29 km from Mullingar... Seber House is a wonderful and cosy B‘n‘B well located within the village. Bernie is a great host who took impeccable care of her guests. The space is very comfortable and clean, with a small sitting room across the hall, where I was able to work in peace. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I can only highly recommend it!

Inny River Lodge offers a rural setting next to the Inny River and surrounded by unspoilt countryside. A nice quiet location at a beautifully crafted home. host were super friendly and accommodating.

Quietly situated, the family-run Shelmalier House is just 5 minutes’ drive from the town of Athlone. It features a sauna, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking. The location, friendliness of owner, quietness of the location, and the breakfast were all exceptional and better than I had expected. The owner gave us good advice as to what to see and where to go, and even when departing and we told him where to we were heading, he recommended a restaurant to us which we visited and were super please with.
