The location was excellent - at walking distance from the train station as well as to the center. Communication was very polite and smooth. We absolutely recommend this place!

A recently renovated property, Casa Esmeralda is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. excellent apartment. very good location. A 5-minute walk from the train station, there is a supermarket on the same street and a bar 2 meters away for breakfast. The owner Esmeralda is very friendly, pleasant and willing to help. I recommend it 100%.
