Train station, super markets, pizzerias etc. The owner is very nice and generous. I felt very welcome in this place! Also everything is super clean.

The city center and also the beaches are easily reachable with buses that stop in front of the house. The staff was really kind and helpful, provided also extra requests. There are also some nice places for breakfast, café and dinner in the neighbourhood.

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Bullerjanos, a property with a garden, is set in Olbia, less than 1 km from San Simplicio Church, a 7-minute walk from Church of St. Barbara was a delight, helped us to bus station for. beach and bought our tickets.The little stand where bus left was incredible with the food.The lady who served the food was very helpful.Location was great. Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.
