Loch Eyre Shepherd Hut has views overlooking Loch Eyre, is situated in 7 miles from Portree, This shepherd hut has access to a private toilet in the guest house, 30 metres away. The Bed was so very comfortable that it was actually hard getting up early and the view on Loch Eyre is just beautiful. Also Adam and Emily are brilliant in doing their part as hosts to make you feel at home.

Skye Eco Bells is an Eco Glamping site on the Isle of Skye. The 3 Cabins are located in an off-grid site with individual fire pits and 2 acres woodland. I loved staying at Eco Bells - a perfect place to retreat from civilisation and live closer to nature. I could gaze at the stars at night and listen to the birds in the morning and evening. I was able to switch off completly and get my creative juices going. What I also liked is the way Nadia and Scott made the space as eco-friendly as possible - some of the things they have installed/created are really ingenious and the attention to detail and finishing touches really impressed me. The location is also good if you are a cyclist, a small beach is within a walking distance.

Located in Shieldaig, within 46 km of Victoria Falls, Beinn Shieldaig Yurt offers accommodation with air conditioning. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Such a nice place! Private bathroom is a great feature, spotless as well. Yurt contains anything you’d need to make yourself comfortable for a few days. Plenty of kindling for the stove, multiple seating options, hot water: cannot fault this place. Kenneth was very helpful at check-in.

Located in Lochwinnoch and only 25 km from Ibrox Stadium, The Dome at Mid Auchengowan provides accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming. They had some unexpected issues with the dome but were incredibly proactive with informing us and relocating us into different accommodation at no expense to ourselves. Very friendly hosts, immaculate accommodation, and a lovely setting for a getaway to Glasgow. 10/10 would recommend

The Pigsty is situated in Crieff, 22 km from Scone Palace, 46 km from Castle Menzies, and 39 km from Doune Castle. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The bed and having a bath was fantastic. Especially walking up nearby Munros. The little basket of goodies was wonderful. Such attention to detail.

Offering sea views, Birkenshaw - Beautiful Shepherd’s Hut in the Highlands. Is an accommodation set in Dornoch, 8 km from Royal Dornoch Golf Club and 16 km from Dunrobin Castle. La capanna è situata all'interno della proprietà di Steve e Anna che si trova immersa in mezzo a colline, campagne e prati delle Highlands ed è concepita per rispettare al 100% la natura circostante. Al suo interno un lettone comodo, un ambiente veramente cozy, un piccolo camino a legna, una poltrona, un kit di benvenuto con bevande e dolcetti (mi hanno conquistata gli Scones Gluten Free, grazie Anna!) ,libri e morbidi tappeti. La pulizia nonostante fosse una location molto country era eccezionale. Niente acqua ed elettricità nella capanna e nel bagno,ma soluzioni eco-green per assicurare il comfort necessario. Presenti anche piccolo orto super fornito e ben curato ed una cucina ben attrezzata in cui abbiamo potuto cenare e fare colazione godendo di una vista incredibile. Abbiamo anche fatto una bellissima passeggiata nelle campagne circostanti, mentre la sera abbiamo acceso il fuoco all'esterno della capanna ed abbiamo guardato il cielo riempirsi di stelle. Se volete assaporare e godere al 100% della campagna scozzese questo è il posto giusto.

We spent a couple of nights staying in the Kite’s Rest… Absolutely great place to stay with great hosts who were extremely helpful and great to chat away to :-) The setting is perfect; quiet, great views and loads of space. We had glorious weather so made use of the BBQ and sat out on the decking area morning and night! We thoroughly enjoyed our time - Thanks!
