The Manor Boutique Hotel Restaurant and Bar, hotel in Conwy

Set in Conwy, 10 km from Llandudno Pier, The Manor Boutique Hotel Restaurant and Bar offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

Just returned from two very relaxing days; this is a gorgeous hotel in beautiful grounds. The views from our room were amazing, looking out over the estuary. We were made very welcome by the staff and really enjoyed our stay, made even better by the sunny warm weather. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and the food was excellent. Thank you.

Caer Rhun Hall Hotel, hotel in Conwy

Located in Conwy, 17 km from Llandudno Pier, Caer Rhun Hall Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar.

Location was superb. Considering it was almost full it was really quiet. We would have loved to have explored the hotel more fully but unfortunately got delayed in traffic and arrived later than anticipated.

The Castle Hotel, Conwy, North Wales, hotel in Conwy

Set in a 300 year-old coaching inn, The Castle Hotel, Conwy, North Wales is a mile from Conwy Marina.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Conwy, a perfect location and it has the enormous benefit of a carpark. The hotel was clean and full of character. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Our evening dinner was great as was the breakfast. We had sandwiches in the bar at lunchtime. They were very good.

The Groes Inn, hotel in Conwy

In the beautiful North Wales countryside, this award-winning, traditional British inn blends the warm welcome of a local pub with delicious food, excellent service and a comfortable bed.

We were given a good size bedroom on the ground floor with a large bathroom with a wet room style shower (think it was a room for the disabled). Bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good cold and cooked selection. The restaurant was ok, not the best but not the worst. Service was slow but only one member of waiting staff on for the whole service so you can't blame her (she did a stirling job). Found plastic in my desert and they were very apologetic and didn't charge me for my desert.

Historic town. EASILY walkable, cobbles notwithstanding.

Historic town. EASILY walkable, cobbles notwithstanding. Everything (historic sites, restaurants, waterfront) easily accessible from anywhere inside the walls. Could be problematic for driving, but we trained in so not a problem for us. Near-perfect weather helped, but would still be a nice visit even with wet weather.

Conwy was a beautiful town that we enjoyed very much. We could walk everywhere and see the castle from anywhere. There were a lot of pubs with good food and we also ate at 2 higher end restaurants that we enjoyed very much. Walk to the quay and enjoy the locals and tourists having a good time.

We went to Conway for an Easter break with our 4 year old Grandchild. We also took our well behaved dog Harvey. We have travelled all over Europe with our dog and never had a problem taking him anywhere. However most restaurants, pubs and shops in Conway we found would not allow dogs. Even the castle where we were unable to experience this main attraction with our grandchild and the staff being very dismissive when we asked. We were not allowed into the shoe shop! Despite having a wonderful cottage to stay in, we will not be staying in Conway again and will inform other dog owners of this unfriendly side to the town.

Quiet at this time of year, (February) gets very busy in summer. We found a good Indian restaurant, Spice Safai, only very small, but the food was very good. Parking charges during the day are a bit high, not very welcoming for visitors, but they have you over a barrel! The castle dominates the town and is quite something. We didn't visit it perhaps next time. Lots of quirky shops etc.

Conwy is a beautiful medieval walled town and is a World Heritage Site. Conwy Castle is stunning and greets you as you drive over the bridge into Conwy, looking even more stunning when it is lit up at night. Plas Mawr can be found in the centre of the town. Also, a popular 1920's public house called The Albion. Fishing boats line the pretty quay, where you will also find the Smallest House and The Liverpool Arms, with a backdrop of Conwy Mountain. Conwy marina is just around the corner with a lovely pub/restaurant, The Mulberry, a stones throw from the golf club. Lots of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Friendly and efficient staff. Delicious meals. Great location. Conveniently situated across the street from the Market Place carpark where those driving can pay/park overnight. Steps away from all the landmarks in the town of Conwy. Appreciated also was a welcome note when checking in. Of particular note, which I almost missed reading, is that breakfast during week days starts at 07:30, but 08:00 on weekends and you must alert them daily to your desire for your choice of breakfast seating the next morning.

the property is within walking distance from the castle and town centre. extremely clean rooms and although I didn’t have an en-suite, (room 4’s bathroom is down the hall) it was clean and not an inconvenience. there is a fridge where you can keep your items and has milk and water for you to take, which is brilliant. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and a range of juices and cereal is available.

Leerick Cottage is well equipped and stylishly furnished, we appreciated the little extras like tea/coffee and toiletries. Amazing view of Conwy Castle, just a few minutes from Llandudno (we enjoyed the cable car ride to Great Orme and walks on the pier), and well located for day trips to Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park. Pub next door has good food, and Co-op Supermarket close by.

What an amazing room/hotel to stay in for our weekend hiking Snowdon. Perfect location, ten minutes drive from Conwy Town and close to other towns like Colwyn Bay and LLandudno for the Great Orme. It was around 35 minutes to Llanberis town, where we were starting our Snowdon hike. The room was large and comfortable, with incredible ground views. We were very happy with our stay!

The location was great, rooms were beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The service was great throughout. The restaurant was exquisite, serving high end dishes. The hotel had everything to meet your needs, from a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. It's a great place to stay for the Conwy Castle.

A delightful and cosy little house, very conveniently situated for Conwy town centre with its many attractions and of course the castle. The house had everything we needed, and the nearby fish and chip shop lives up to its reputation, definitely worth the queues.
