Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special thanks to Daniel who brought us complimentary Prosecco during dinner when we told him we were going on honeymoon.

The room was wonderful. A perfect place to sleep and work and knit! It had an extra chaise longue in the room. The internet was very fast and I was able to get some work done during my time there. Room was also VERY QUIET.

Excellent all round experience and an ideal way to start our holiday. A special mention for Des and all of the staff working at Brasserie Blanc who provided an outstanding meal coupled with effusive service. We will be staying again very soon.

Being a captive Audience for Food.
Holiday Inn looked good for Food but waiting times put us off as we had to get up early for a flight to Malta
The Ibis Hotel Food was tasty and hot but we had to wait an age before it came. We could not understand why it took so long for the Food to arrive as it did not seem busy and Food was microwaved ??

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.

Great location for airport, no transfer needed.
Great location for airport, no transfer needed. Lovely hotel with a touch of luxury, even has a nice gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Rather expensive for one night but worth it for the convenience when taking an early flight.

Only thing I liked was convenience to airport.
Only thing I liked was convenience to airport. Otherwise I didn't like anything..Not the room, not the view, not the amenities, or lack of. Price outragious. Had just stayed in a luxery hotel with spa and fitness center, fab food and lounge, fantastic room and amenities for half the price of a basic hole in the wall with a view of cars.
Restaurant meal was lovely my Daughter had the Chicken Snitzel+ I had the Beefburger with Bacon + Cheese. Both were lovely + hot + chips really crispy. We had the White Chocolate + Red Velvet Cheesecake which was gorgeous. Room was lovely + clean + beds were soo comfortable. Ideal for morning flight from Manchester. Transfers were good + on time. You can walk it’s about 15 mins- but for £14 return isn’t too bad if you are pushed for time. All in all a nice hotel. Lovely man on reception he was so helpful.
Best hotel for Manchester Airport, location, service, cleanliness, everything is perfect. I have always stayed at the Clayton and never had a bad experience, this is the first time I have taken my young daughter (18months) away and the service they provided was exceptional just the small things like providing a bottle of warm milk free of charge etc. If you are looking for a hotel on this area I would strongly recommend paying an extra couple of quid over a holiday inn etc it’s worth every penny!!!
We had flown into Manchester from Almeria, arriving late at night. The walk to the hotel was quick and well sign-posted. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, and the rooms clean, comfortable and compact. The breakfast itself was really good - especially the croissants and watermelon. The staff were quick to supply a separate toaster for gluten-free bread, and also some slices of gf bread for toasting. All in all it was a comfortable stay and good value for one night.
We stayed the night here because we had an early flight out of Manchester the next day. We were able to have dinner and drinks at the restaurant before resting and getting up early and walking to the airport. We were able to walk to the Hotel from Manchester Airport Station (train) and then walk back to the Manchester Airport terminals the next morning. Its a short walk even with bags, no shuttle or car needed.
All the staff were fab as we had quite a late check-in. We thought we could park the car at the hotel for the 3 days we were away however we couldn't. Panic set-in and we spoke to Mustaffa on check-in who was fab and arranged parking for our vehicle. Please pass our greatest thanks to Mustaffa who made a bad situation a good one:)
Great place if you travel to or from Manchester. Large clean rooms with a spectacular view to the airports runway. You can see planes landing from your bed - that is really cool.
Besides that the hotel offers all comfort which you would expect. Personnel is friendly and breakfast is great. Will come back for sure.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the room was spacious, clean and our bed.... so comfortable! Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices. We will definitely book it again when we go on holiday from Manchester Airport. 5 min walk from the train station and Terminal 1 and 2. Very nice and polite staff as well.
I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for night (picking up family from airport). It was modern, sparkling clean, all staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to park at the hotel too.
The staff were friendly and cared about our comfort and schedules, even letting us preorder breakfast and opening the restaurant a bit early so we had plentyof time to catch our flight. This will be my go to hotel from Now on when flying out
of Manchester.
absolutely beautiful setting in gorgeous Hale everything f you need at the pub sn the hotel
We had a early morning flight next day 3am start an they brought a fantastic Continental breakfast to our room
Just perfect for early start
We were upgraded to neighbouring Holiday Inn. Very comfortable room. Used for stop over before early morning flight. Well located within walking distance of terminals. We did not use the bar or other facilities at the hotel.
Good value, budget airport hotel, would absolutely recommend if you and family just need a bed for the night before a flight.
Decent size room, comfy beds, nice breakfast selection.
Bar was reasonable.
The hotel is just off airport so you can walk to the terminals—even #3. It’s new, clean, and offers reasonably priced food. The room was comfortable enough with plenty of outlets and charging ports.
Clean room, comfortable bed, choice of firm or soft pillows. Good buffet breakfast with hot and cold options. Completely satisfied with this hotel near Manchester airport.
Our hotel preference when travelling from Manchester airport. The second time we’ve stayed and will stay again. Staff always friendly and helpful and facilities excellent
Comfortable. reasonably priced option at Manchester Airport. Based on the rate I paid a much better option than other hotels in the same price range at the airport.
