Very close to Gatwick, only a 5-10 minute trip in the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Going to the airport they seem to run this every half an hour, and coming home you phone from the bus stop and they come to collect you. We only had to wait 10/15 minutes to be collected. They also operate this 24 hours a day which some of the other hotels I looked at do not.
The room was nice and bed was comfy. The room wasn’t too big but we just needed the one night before our flight so the room does what it needed to do.
Staff very friendly.
The shuttle bus was £12 per trip and parking £8 per day so in total for four days parking and the return trip it cost £60 which isnt bad at all considering how convenient it is. Would stay again.

Turners Hill sits in a good place with restaurants all around. Gets a lot of cyclists in summer, which some find a pain.
Not far from glorious countryside, and the town of East Grinstead, which is well worth a visit. It has steam trains as well as an old church. Numerous other attractions too.

We were visiting Standen House - a National Trust property just a few miles away. It’s an Arts and Crafts house by architect Philip Webb and famous designer William Morris. This is well worth the trip..
Can’t say much about Turners Hill - but it looked quite lovely
Antiquity and the coziness of the hotel & rooms interior was awesome! Breakfast was nice and with variety of choices that can be added to the deafult option.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, we requested to change one of the rooms due to bad smell and the reception staff was quick in replacing that with another room.
The hotel promises much, the location and the gardens could be great. On the whole, the staff were pretty good although too many seemed to be being trained on the job. Our room, a spa suite was okay, but not great value for money. All that said, the food in the Reflections restaurant was very good!
The staff are really friendly and welcoming in a nice relaxing atmosphere. The tablet was fast and great for room service and the breakfast is lovely. You can smell the spa area when you enter the hotel and smells luxurious and inviting! Would love to use the swimming pool next time :)
This was a lovely staycation for me and my husband for our 8th anniversary. The room was gorgeous! The hotel is fabulous, the spa is stunning and so relaxing. You have to try the out door hot tub! The staff were extremely polite.
We received a free upgrade from a UK double bed to a UK king size bed. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the grounds of the hotel are amazing. We even saw a herd of deers passing by. The spa is very nice.
