The room was extremely clean, with all bed lined soft and white, shower and bathroom again exceptionally clean with hand and shower soap, beds were of good quality for a very relaxed nights sleep.
Unfortunately no breakfast, we tried to find a member of staff at 9am but the establishment was empty so we left

It was better than basic and clean.
The decor in the bathroom was dated, but nonetheless everything in the bathroom was clean including the towels and bath mats.
The breakfast was sufficient and tasty, on the second morning I was asked if I wanted scrambled eggs (not the first morning). And the scrambled eggs were very tasty.
There were many breakfast items to suit different types.
A good central location next to Watford market and 5 minutes walk from other shopping and office locations.
All the staff were polite and greeted guests with a smile and a ‘Good morning’/ ‘Good afternoon’. On my first evening, the person on reception provided a clear explanation of how to get to the hotel’s car park; it’s not obvious.

This is a great place to stay if you're planning to visit the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio with kids. They provide USB sockets and USB-C chargers, so I didn't have to worry about UK-to-EU adapters.
On average, 3-star hotels in Watford cost US$114 per night, and 4-star hotels in Watford are US$138 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Watford can on average be found for US$202 per night (based on Booking.com prices).

We went to Watford purely for a family visit as this is where we used to live. It was great to go back and revisit some of our old favourite places and acted as a good base for us to travel out to other surrounding locations. I would however not recommend for a holiday destination as the main town centre has very few shops etc or much to see.
Great location for train line into London etc.

Watford is a great location from which you can access London. There are lots of different restaurants, shops and activities easily accessed in the centre of town. We found Watford was a great base to stay as it provided superb access to the Warner Bros Studios and the Harry Potter tour.

I visited Watford for work.
I visited Watford for work. The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Good mix of coffee, food and bar options within a couple of minutes walk, some chains and some independent. Easy parking.
The flat was lovely and very clean. We were only a 10 min walk from Watford junction. The little estate the flats are located on is very beautiful and we got free parking with the booking. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He was very easy to get hold of and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely stay again as it was great value for money and only 20 mins to Euston on the fast train. Probably the best place I’ve stayed on a London trip. Also very near to the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants.
Peter is an amazing owner, tells you what you need to know to move with the public service. it’s not a 5 stars hotel, but it’s comfy , warm and tidy. very good breakfast, you have to manage by yourself, but there are lots of choices. close enough to the underground either you can catch a Uber to watford junction for 6$ or by walk within 20 min. The room was big enough , with all the necessary in. very good stay.
Loved the stay, the apartment lookes like it was freshly renovated, it's super comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. It's just a couple of minutes walk from the Watford Junction station, close to supermarkets. Perfect stay to relax after the whole day at Warner Bros;) Easy self check in and good contact with the host, 2 local pubs just around the corner. 100% recomendable!
The cost was 89 for a room for 4 people. Breakfast was included in the price and free WiFi. The hotel is located next to Watford junction train station so we could travel into London easily. Paid 7 to park outside thw Hotel for an overnight stay. We left the car earlier than check in so we could go to a theatre show in London.
When I stay in hotels my main issue is always that there isn’t any water, the 5L bottle in my room at this stay was greatly appreciated and a lovely surprise! The host is beyond lovely and makes you feel so welcome. The bed is sooo comfortable aswell! Definitely booking this place again as soon as I can!
Near the Warner Bros Studio Tour (only 15 mins drive), near to Tube station (10 mins walk to Watford), and self contained unit with private kitchenette and private bathroom.
Clean, staff were great, nice and quiet.
We weren't disturbed or bothered by anyone.
Parking free onsite is a FANTASTIC bonus.
Very comfortable with a little kitchen and bathroom. Location is about 10 mins drive to Harry Potter Tours - would recommend especially the price compared to some hotels in the same area. Watford Junction is also a 5 min walk away for connections for London.
Clean modern flat, excellent central location near High Street with bars/restaurants and shopping centre.
Freindly host very helpful with any queries we had.
0.5 miles to either Watford High St or Junction stations with easy access to Central London
Very convenient location especially if doing Harry potter tour, so close to free bus at Watford junction. Shops and coffee shops nearby .
The gentleman who checked us in was very lovely and accomodating and apologetic about a check in mix up.
Location is smack on the centre of Watford and it’s 15 mins away from Watford Junction Train Station. Everything is supplied by the owner. Food wise, if you do not fancy cooking plenty of options outside. Shopping center is 2 mins away.
Really nice place with all things Harry Potter. Very clean and comfortable. The children loved it.
Within easy reach of London just a few minutes from Watford Junction train station.
Would definitely book again
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was of a very large size, with full size bath which makes a change from other hotels whereby the bathrooms and bath are tiny.
Location perfect for Watford junction for London trip
Free parking
Good self catering equipment
Nice bathroom
Towels provided
Price compared to hotels local is very good
Great location literally a 1 minute walk from watford junction train station, and if you come out hotel snd go right for about 5 minutes you are then in city centre 😉
