Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Despite the extra costs to use facilities. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was lovely even though it was a lot of money, £30 for 2!

It's was very easy to check in, even if there were no staff. Loved the messages beforehand to tell us how to check in, where to park, etc. Great location too, we visited West Midlands Safari Park, which was only a short drive from here. Although there was no meals included, Bewdley it's self has loads of cafes, pubs and restaurants that offer breakfast, dinner or tea which are within walking distance. Very clean and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything! The location is lovely and peaceful, the building is stunning, the room was spacious and well equipped and the smart TV is an added bonus too!
We had dinner and breakfast and the food was superb.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. While we were there they had a large wedding on and the staff handled it so well so we didn’t feel their focus was somewhere else.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There was a good car park. The pub was quiet later on. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
