Great guide/driver we lucked onto Pak John. Great contrast between the old part of town to the town/city. Good facilities at hotel and able to get a drink, spirits and wine, bonus! Loved the history.

I couldn’t clock anything negative about the staffs. When i got there early, they offered me early check in without extra fee and offered me discount for the breakfast. The location of the hotel was superb, at the heart of Ambon.

The room was squeaky clean, with a/c, TV, private bathroom, liquid soap and hot water. Drinking water was available and a simple breakfast is included. Compared to other Indonesian hotels this looked like heaven on earth to me, and it's quite cheap too.

One night we had rowdy neighbors and a call to the front desk solved the problem. The Sky Bar on the roof is a refreshing place to hang out in the evening.
