kupangs a mess anyway so the location is just sort of halfway between airport and ferry there is no specific area in kupang that i found that is geared towards tourism

The hotel was centrally located, easy access to restaurants, shopping mall [ ramayana, transmart, kfc, MacDonald, pharmacy and some other mini marts ] and about 10 minutes drive to the airport. We only stayed for over night transfer but be back again in our next family vacation. Love the pool layout at the 3rd floor which is now not open for public. I highly recomend this hotel to anyone that is planning to visit kupang and looking for affordable, clean and comfortable stay. Such a honour we had a chance to met the owner of Harper Kupang Mr. Abraham Paul Liyanto, what a humble and great man he was.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to provide some feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, the room I was given had a bad smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in for long periods of time. Additionally, the toilet was not clean which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was quite far from the main street which made it inconvenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope that you take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving the quality of your accommodations in the future.

You get what you pay for. The price was really inexpensive. It had a good desk and chair. The air con only had a little cooling effect. It was not clean. No hot water. No towel. Tv did not work. Internet did not work in the room. But worst of all,my 4G didn't work in the room either so no internet in the room at all. Rats in the garden outside.
